Controller BEC Wiring
« on: September 02, 2008, 01:44:42 PM »

I am about to dabble into the black art of ESC'ers. I have an Electronize 43HVR which has BEC capability and the diagram shows the thin Red, Black and White lead going to the RX but is not specific as to where it plugs into.
I assume that it plugs into the "throttle" channel which then supplies the + and - power for the RX via the Red and Black and the signal to the ESC via the White wire??, would one of the team confirm if this is correct or not please.  :-\
Obviously I will make sure that the wire colours match my RX connections!!!!.
Many thanks
Barrie.

Thanks to Richard (Must give you a ring sometime) and john e for giving me some peace of mind !!
I do have the diagram which John very kindly attached, but the diagram nor the blurb positively indicates where the lead should be plugged into.
Using a bit of logic (now there's a dangerous word) I deduced that the throttle channel was really the only choice but I wanted to make sure.
Thanks again for helping me out. :)
