What motor and esc

i wanna go brushless can any one recomend a motor and esc or what they have done to there speed boat or a good place to buy from

need to know what sort of boat you are going to put it in mate and (Afew pics would be good ), also need to consider budget and how fast you really want to go.

I can strongly reccommend (but can't spell) my homemade motor and a chinese unnamed el-cheapo brushless ESC running on 2S1P salvaged Li-ion cells. 
It makes my Portsmouth Harbourmasters launch into a light, silent high speed shifter.

I fear this won't help you very much Rich. 
What is it you want to electrify?

its a standerd 540 motor thats in and for a buget i havent a clue how much the things cost am thinking ariound £100 for the motor and esc togehter few pics as requested not that good tho
