1st Scratch built!
« on: April 19, 2006, 05:10:43 PM »

This is my first completely scratch built boat.  Construction is still in progress, have to get the electronics and motors installed.  Also my first military type boat, so thought I'd make something from the local area.  I'm so proud!  Can't wait to get it finished.

Only if everything on the rudder is "xxxxx". I saw your 'three glasses of whisky' post somewhere else on the forum.

BLACK AND WHITE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT (not NEWCASTLE UNITED)

Black and white telly, (wot Night?) I remember the theme tune - and I can remember the police box and gas light - at the end of the programme he would give a commentary of the outcome Evenin All...la lal alalalalalal

Hey Ron, I have even come across a write up of yours in Model Boats - the date of it was not as long ago as Dixon of Dock Green - but having said that - there is also an article in the same magazine by our good friend Colin Bishop and.........drum roll..........and the advert in the front of the mag is ancient - I could pick up a Monoperm super special for ?26 odd.

Broderick Crawford in 'Highway Patrol' 10-4 and completely silly 'Car 54 where are you?'

I'm older than I look but younger than I feel.
