A very nice salvage unit, could have done with something like that years ago in the MOD.

Note the heavy lift ship to the right for scale - wow its huge!!!
Also note about 8 tow lines for tugs...

I think you will find the 8 lines are not tow lines but lines to a fixed mooring system to the seabed, so that the crane can accurately position itself and then safely hold position.
