Thanks very much. No wonder I've never found pics of her I didn't know they renamed her. Certainly looks in sad shape in the yellow scheme.
thanks again

Thats a good photo.  It shows alot of the detail towwards the bow of the ship & the life boats.  I  havent detailed the model of my wimpey seahunter atall but as soon as i can gather enough info i will.  This photo will help alot!

Thanks!

Dan (Sea Mariner)

One of the things I like most about your pics are the overhead shots that show the decks, particularly aft decks. The amount of paraphernalia aboard that makes a more interesting model. Its an area we landlubbers rarely see, so your photos bring it to life and allow us an insight into what we can, or can't, include as detail on the decks of our various tugs.
  Keep em coming......all good stuff.

Good Morning Garabaldy, if you are not aware, there is another site similar to this one called MODELTUGFORUM.COM on there is a fantastic set of photographs of a 'walk-around' on the Pacific Banner (sister to Pacific Blade) these are very handy detailed photos that will help you with your model. Regards, Dan.

Im glad you found them helpfull. Ron1

I live a good 30 miles out of the city so my nearest water is either a river of the loch of skene.  I used to live in the new flats just beside bonacord glass but imoved from there just as i started getting back into boating.  The regatta was great.  Lots of nice models.

Any luck with that e-mail?

Thats a long way!  I  have recieved 6 emails from you all within 10 minutes or so.  Hotmail must be misbehaving!  The photos are excellent!  They are going to be a huge help when i start buidling.  Like some one said before you have some great shots which show the ships from higher up allowing us to see whats on the decks.  What kind of SLR do you use?

Again, cant thank you enough for the photos.

excellent shots. Abeille Flandre is a vessel I've had aspirations to scratch build if I could find drawings. Its interesting to see how relatively small the rudders are on such a large vessel.

Hi Dan

Thanks for sharing the photos with the forum, for people building tugs the detail they show is invaluable. I for one enjoy looking at them.

Thanks
