The Misses has gone to town, shopping, so it was in with the Bath plug and fill up the water test tank.

Well she floats to her marks beautifully (what a surprise!!)  (134)

The controls were switched on and speed tests conducted. (133) (132)

A tad overpowered, with enough thrust to mark the side of the bath, OOh er!!  Managed to clean the scrapped paint away from the porcelain.                 %%

Cannot wait for lake trials. Yippee!!

Don't get into the bath with it Ken, looks like she could do some real damage there!

By the look of it she'd go quite well on wet grass too!

Thanks Bosun, another night in the editing lounge. I haven't got a cold so you should be allright.

Today I fitted the line trimmings and her name plate. (35)

The paddle boxes were removed for final painting, and are now white. (35)  The decoration for the front face will be applied later.

     :-)

Must put a limiter on the throttle stick. She seems to pull well at low speeds, so high revs are not needed, meehtinks.

Thanks Mark.

Here are the latest pictures of her trials at the lake. I'm busy trying to repair her drive system as it was stressed by a child I'd let  'have a go' on the water.  hmphh!!  Imagine going into full reverse from full ahead , on paddle wheels.

Hope to have her ready for Wicksteed.
