Hi Gents:
Have a pair of Graupner 720 BB torque, stall speed is rated at 13.5 A. Current drain is 3.0 A.
I'm told I need a 40 A. ECS per motor,then told a 25 A. will work just fine...
Help requested.
Thanks
Tim.

If they stall at 13.5 amps the motors cannot use any more than 13.5 amps so a 15 amp speed controller with a 10 amp fuse will be sufficient on each motor.
I would use a 10 amp fuse in case the motor stalls, to save the motor burning out.
The motor should not use anywhere near 10 amps in running.
