Froggyt996
You can bring a couple of paste tables to display your boats on
As for running, booking in at frequency control, not sure we have a mug volunteer for that yet, but you'll get the idea when you're there (as will we all  %%)

Heard a rumor that andyn's straight runner is all rudder and no boat !!!!!!!

Please don'r beat me again Andy----oh the shame  :embarrassed:

I'm not sure about the IC's, this place is VERY tight. Fast electrics will be fine but we'll have to keep an eye on your driving a fast electric and check everything in the IC's to make sure we can run it. All in the eye of safety of course, it's a concrete edged lake, and it's not an awful lot bigger than a puddle. Added that we've got people standing around the lake and it's a recipe for disaster if something goes wrong. At the moment we only have two IC's running, Bill's Z Class Cherokee Cheif and Danny Bell's AA boat. I've pulled out myself already because I was going to run a multi, which would be too big and dangerous on a lake that size. Initially I would say save it for Llanberis, as I am, but we'll see how things go.

My straight runner features a new invention - Whacking Great Straight Line Fins - Turn fins but bigger and for going straight with...

Froggy, run the scale and fast electric, however the IC may be a bit too hot.  the lake is 60ft wide x around 100 ft long, fine for a tethered hydro, but not so great for a high speed guided missile.

If anyone has some pool noodles, I plan on zoning off part of the lake for the publi play boat

What ever size flip chart paper is A1, A0???

I have made up a sheet in Excel and can blow it up to A3, which should be plenty big enough.

This is my idea for a frequency sheet, one for each time slot. Just sign youre name to the frequency you will be using. Set in A3 size should be readable by all

may I also add, perhaps you having a radio mic as well, so when someone has booked a slot, the person on the slot that is wanted can be called "user Joe Jones, can you hand in your peg please, someone else wants to use the frequency"

or if they sod off and take the peg as well.

I'm bringing one of my IC straight runners, only the slow one though, could bring the fast one, it used to run the full lenght of the pond at Wicksteed in 14 sec--fancy stopping it Andy  :-))

The nearest hospital is Northampton general, where my nan managed to gain (and recover from) MRSA, and they have this sign...

The Z class is all but ready, didn't play with it sun so it's how it was. I'll give it a go later.

I take it by this you're at home, I've got a fish for ya ;)
