fleet tender figure colour??

Hi all
I'm building a royal navy fleet tender and i want to have a crew ,i picked up some figures from George turner models but unsure what colour to paint there uniform (and would the colour be the same for all the crew)??
any help most welcome

In the RNXS, the working rig was blue wooly pullover, blue open neck shirt, no.8 blue working trousers, black shoes and naval beret, on deck.
The engineers had a blue boiler suit and black boots.
The officers wore white shirt and black tie, blue wooly pullover and black trousers, with either a naval cap or beret, and depending on who was on board or what they were doing, sometimes we had to wear no.1 dress jacket and trousers.

As far as I know the RMAS only ever wore blue shirt, wooly pullover, black trousers and no head dress.
