SubTech New Product Release!!!
« on: February 09, 2009, 06:44:14 pm »

Welll here you all are, I with the help of Dave at Action, have got a specially designed unit to control twin screws,  steering and a bow thruster if required all in one, this additionally will almost spin a sub in its own length as it will reverse the propellers as required to assist in turning the vessel according to the direction of turn, or even at hard to port at standing still, will allow a sub to turn almost in her own length!!.

Obviously this unit will be of great interest to all Supply ship builders and especially Tug builders as well for the unit only uses 2 channels to do all the work of 3 or 4 channels!!!

20 amps on each main Drive output and via a esc on the secondary steering function you can get the bow thruster operational in tandem with the steering servo, or even 2 steering servos for those big boats!.

here's the layout drawing for you all to look at!

cost is £72 plus shipping.

Not this Time mate!

I fitted 2 ESC's working through a splitter to regulate the Power to 2 540 motors.

Work's really well all on one stick which is a bonus.
