Get yourself some K&S ally tube the size you want, fill it with salt, either grains or better sea salt blocky type stuff, wrap tube around the motor, spread salt on dinner :-))

Can I make a suggestion if you are going to make one use a tube a couple of mill smaller as trying to get it tight is very hard ,when its finished you can spring it on and it will make a nice tight fit to cool.

I can verify that this procedure (http://www.fastelectricrc.com/how-to-add-water-cooling-to-your-rc-boat/) works well!
My addition to it is that if you are doing this on a cooler day use a hairdryer or other heating device to heat the tube as you wind it around - it WILL bend easier and won't break.
