Galathee Sub
« on: March 03, 2009, 08:58:27 pm »

Just a quick question for anyone with the Galathee - Where abouts inside the hull is the on/off switch - is it easy use at on the pond side?

Cheers,

Periscope.

There's no special provision for switching the boat on and off. You could make up a relay switcher with a bistable relay and a pair of reed switches, or buy the commercial equivalent from Engel.

Thanks for the info Subculture.  I've got a copy of the manual and I just couldn't figure out where the switch was .... if there isn't one then that explains it lol. Might have a shot at building it later on, it's seems like a pretty good model.
