hi i liked my old TID i don't no why i sold it i think we all have mad moments still  new one on the on the slipway :-))

Hi , Like the look of your TID is it a kit or have you scratch built it ?
Im moving from aero modelling to boats less chance of damage in a crash.I like the Tid Tugs but do not know where to begin really.
any help welcomed. Chris

.Hulls for a Tid are readily available off Scale Hobbies,Pss Ships and Kingston Mouldings

good looking tid can you tell me the sizes please the tid is my favourite tug of all time  i built mine about 2 years ago i sail it most sundays some pictures of it hope you like

hi lakes trials went very well bollard or fishing scales pull 6lb very good Ive altered the roof to as it should be   and as they say in deal or no deal no swap

Been looking at Tid Tugs from all the main manufacturers ,like the look of the Tid from mobile marine models ,As they specialized in Tugs they would be a good source of knowledge and in my case advise .
save the pennies and be nice to Swmbo.

Nicely done, Tomo1. I have a kit sitting waiting. Can you please give a few details as to how you tackled the skeg. Having limited skills, and having seen the lovely metal work done by others, I find the prospect rather daunting. I'm hoping to discover some easier approach. I hadn't realised I would have to tackle something like this when I bought the kit.

Also how did you do the smokestack? I can see my way through that, but would be interested to know how you did it.
