Corsair IV in Admiralty service

J.P. Morgan (jr) yachts were all named Corsair one served in WWI and another (the steam (turbine?) powered)  Corsair IV served with admiralty during WWII.  I know that she served in Admiralty service and was later sold by an unspecified owner to be used as a luxury cruise ship.  I am kind of curious about her service and why she was not returned to Morgan? http://www.newyorksocialdiary.com/node/30155

That was the same article that I had found!  What I hoping top find is why she ended up in Admiralty service rather than American and what happened to her since she was sold from "an undisclosed owner" for the cruise ship trade.

Could it have something to do with the fact that J. P. Morgan owned the Cunard White Star Line and he didn't need the yacht.

Morgan NEVER owned Cunard - White Star. The White Star Line was part of his empire before they were amalgamated with Cunard however.
