Very fast ballistic esc's

Right then the plot thickens and I need some info so come on down and lets have the info.
Right I have been plotting so what do you the fast electric racing boys out there use as Esc what I am getting at is some of the hulls advertised are for 20 to 30 cells so come on spill the beans what do you use for a 30 cell ballistic missile simple because 30 cells is 45v when FULLY charged and fresh!!!!
