Has anyone here converted this kit into the earlier short fo'csle?

I've got the templates from Bob Pearson but haven't done any radical surgery yet to my half-completed build.

Nice work, when i made mine i bought the extra deck kit of all the parts, it improves it a bit and if anyone wants to make it a bit different at one period the rear life rafts were the rectangular type and the front ones stayed the same, to make rectangular ones i made them from wood.
