When i was on holiday a couple of years ago,in Hamburg,we visited the Blohm und Voss museum,they havea 1/50 scale model of the Bismarck,it was built by the men who worked on the full sized one,they also built a model of the Admral Hipper,in 1/50 scale,in 1945 when the British army were searching the Blohm und Voss shipyard they found the Hipper,which is now in the British Maritime museum,
but they did,nt find the Bismarck,
after the war the Germans finished their model,and it is on display in Hamburg
