Fixing Plasticard to Fibreglass

Can anyone suggest a strong method of fixing plasticard sheet eg upper hull sections to a fibreglass moulding? Normal resin doesn't touch the fibreglass. Sorry if this has been covered before!

I used Plastic Weld and Cyano on my Coastal Tramp Steamer.
