I think ModelPower have one although it's not listed on their website. I'm supposed to be picking one up at Alfold over the weekend - £12.95.

They do a deltaV sensing charger for £11.99. It will charge 8.4v NiCd's and NiMH's on the mains but not on a 12v source.
Also good for batteries and connectors.
