hi i just received some nice plans for a 30 inch higgins boat designed by peter miller.i believe the plans were from a magazine.i have them on my computer and they open and tile with the paint programme on my computer . plus he sent me a set of build instructions taken from the magazine!!.the boat uses electric power anything from a 540 to 600 maybe a bit bigger.the guy who sent me the plan has one and his goes arround 15 mph with a 540 motor and gets on the plane nice he says ,running 7.2 volts i believe.i will be starting the build shortly as ive only just printed the plans off and taped them together but it looks like a nice easy build using balsa planks on 9 frames.also all the fittings ,guns torpedoes etc are made from the plan also with instructions on how so ill be making everything on the boat myself.here are the plans hope they work like i said i used paint to open and print and it tiled it automatic for me.im using windows xp the paint programm was on my comp when i bought it so i guess its a windows one.

i cant put the rest on they are too big ill try the instructions now!!ive tried resizing them but when i do they no longer work right so here are the instructions and if you want the frames and side plan ill email them to whoever wants them.

if anyone wants the rest of the plans send me your email and ill send them over.to use the part ive posted save it then to open right click it choose paint to open it then print all and it will tile it for you.you may have other programmes that will do the same also.

heres the side view and the frames  ive resized them so they may not print the correct size so if they dont work let me know and ill send you them via email.hope this helps someone!!.

just to update everyone the plans will soon be available on Mayhem as Martin has offered to put the larger files on for you all to download i hope this is of help to anyone interested in this boat.

hi mark glad you appreciate it if you have any problems with the plans i can email you them over i think the last two parts might not work as i had to make them smaller to get on here but hopefully that will be solved soon as martin has said he will put them on the mayhem site for me soon!!.
