Anyone seen or heard from mmgemini
« on: October 28, 2006, 10:03:19 am »

This one goes out to all the old "faces" from the MB forum. Has anyone heard from Mike Hingley aka mmgemini. I have sent a couple of emails but I haven't received any replies. I know he was recovering from being in hospital.

Many may not know Mike but if you have seen the Thames barge hull made cornflake packets at any of the shows and the rope making rig he has. He is quite a character.

Well I can answer that one, Bluebird is alive and building conservatories.  The old git is well and I spoke to him last week, he has stopped building for the minute SWMBO has him working on the house.

I have tried to tempt him with the HMS Exeter or HMS Warspite. But knowing John he will go so far in to the research he loses weeks. The Fairmile B he built and researched was unbelievable only to enter it in to the Harrogate show and get nothing ( Thats another thread)

I have sent over the link to this site so hopefully mmgemini finds us.
