I'm lucky, I live more or less directly opposite the local PO sorting office, so when the local posties go off on their rounds I'm about the...err, let me count up here...err...seventh or eighth drop for them, and that's if every house gets a delivery. That's why I get an early delivery NHP. Plus I always have the kettle on....

I don't have one of they new fangled satellite tv's, so no TT for me, more's the pity. But tomorrow we have World Superbikes from Monza and MotoGP from Mugello on terrestrial TV....excellent!!!

rossi was at the Island this week.
he was asked if he would ever like to have a go at the TT.
His reply was, with a smile,
"no, i'm not mad or crazy."     %% %% %% lol

He's not the only one...would you? Lap speeds are now what...130+? No way, Jose....I think the guys that race there deserve medals. No run off areas....just brick walls, sides of houses, mountains...madness, total madness!

I watched practise last week at Kirk Michael - those nutters were doing at least 150mph there, and I was only about 5 feet away, 'protected' by a 2 ft high wall %%

The ITV 4 TT programmes were excellent in my opinion :-))

I think there's going to a repeat of the round-up prog on ITV1 sometime soon.

Oh yea...sort of wandered off topic here. oops   :embarrassed:

Digi boxes...we had one up the road in the marital home, it didn't work at all. I do have a Sky freeview box, I sort of 'acquired' it.... O0, might give that whirl.

Bikes...never mind the TT, did anyone see the MotoGP? Was that close racing...or was that close racing? I haven't seen a race like that in years, that was something else. That last lap nearly gave me another heart attack! And the World Superbikes earlier on...incredible riding.

Going up to Santa Pod when Canadian cousin arrives...looking forward to that.
