Richard...

Thanks very much - and yes on two counts, I did have you and your character and boat in mind (but not officially you understand!  ;D ) Both Odes were sort of running in tandem yesterday as the next bits came to me and I've just spent today expanding the second one and finishing it off.... amazing what you can do when you're off work on the sick eh?   ::)  ;D

Dont worry Brian you will find that when you have been off as long as me it tends to wear off. Mind you if you think about it the only way you will be off longer than me is if I peg it first. ;)

How does 1 in 1,000 sound to you??  :o

Overall risk of snuffing it during the procedure - 1 chance in a 1,000!!  :o

With tongue firmly in cheek  ;D

Thread hijackers posting on Mayhem
Are the people I’d most like to condemn.
They wander off track,
And rarely get back
To the topic – don’t you want to slay ‘em!

Absolutely. Couldn't agree more, :-[

Anyway 1 chance in a thousand of snuffing it seems pretty good odds to me.
They would not give me odds on surviving the next 5 years.
Having already died once and only just brought back you cant really blame them :(

Still looking on the bright side they didnt give me odds on snuffing  it either. :)

There was an old man from So'ton
thought thread was something like cotton
he went down on his knees
so you'd all hear his pleas
for the subject he had quite forgotten             Boom boom ;D ;D

One day while surfing the Forum
Colin started a thread, just to bore 'um.
But oh dear me, no
They started to go
Not poets, just the old, usual,  chorum.

Di I win the prize, Martin? If so would I want it?

In a tiny shed Andy once thought
That he'd build an enormous Dreadnought
The scale - seventy-second -
Was more than he reckoned
And now he's extremely distraught!
