Mary Anne Hepworth
« on: July 02, 2009, 08:27:21 am »

For all those lifeboat enthusiasts out there I went for a trip on the "Mary Anne Hepworth" at Whitby a couple of days ago and took a few shots that some might find of interest.

If you ever go to Whitby I highly recommend it, great experience and a beautiful boat.

Great photos there Bunkerbarge. I assume she doesn't carry very many passengers by the look of it. There is another converted lifeboat on the South Devon coast that we took a trip on a few years back. I think it was an old Watson class but can't really remember.

Baltic Exchange? Ex-Salcombe boat - 47' Watson? I think she was a tripper at one time.

What sort of schedule does this boat do for trips?
