Warship Hull Lettering/Numbers
« on: July 02, 2009, 09:39:38 pm »

Can anyone tell me where I might buy Warship Hull Letter/Numbers in a range of heights. i.e "Squared" font , white with black outline. I suspect that there is an on-line model supplier out there but so far I 'ain't found any. Any help would be appreciated.  :-))
Regards
Barrie.

Hi Barrie, try Barry's Model Lettering

www.modellettering.com

Excellent speedy service and a nice chap.

If what you want is not on the web site give him a ring, he will make stuff up.

I've used him for all my lettering.  :-))

We sell the whole range - BECC, original and best.  Have a look at

The web site isn't completely up to date so I would suggest you give us a call - late Friday afternoon would be best...

Many thanks Richard (again!) and to Malcolm for your ideas. I guess that between the two links I should find what I want.
Thanks to you both for your input.

The BECC warship lettering is printed black/white in one piece, not built up one over the other or separate pieces.  Should be a lot easier to apply and more realistic.  I think its available in standard size packs too.

I second that, I sent an order by PM and it was in the mail to Australia the same day - brilliant service.

Waterslide decal sets are available from Hawk Graphics.

We offer 2 RN hull letter/number sets. One in 1/96 scale and one in 1/72 scale. Both are available direct from us or from Sirmar/PSships.
