Hi

My name is Mike and this is my first time on this forum so bear with me a little.  I have read with great interest you log on the Nimitz conversion.  Although I have built three other boats I consider myself still a novice at this since I only started a couple of years ago.

I am also building the 1/350 scale Nimitz and was wondering if you could help me with the decision to either have this model as static or R/C.  I think I would prefer R/C but am not sure how.  The propshaft size and lenghts, motors and How do you get at everything.

I have just completed the Royal Yacht Britannia after about two years, my other two boats which are also R/C are the S100 and Grupmer Wiesel MTB.  Pictures can be supplied.

Please help if you can on this or any other information on the Nimitz build.
