That website hasn't been active for well over a year. They aren't the only offenders, I get the right hump with "under construction" websites

I agree with mook. Two days after placing a telephoned order, two lovely props came through my letterbox, left and right handed, for use with kort nozzles.

This good news. Is their catalogue and price list available on-line anywhere?

Martin,

No it's not on line and the promised new Prop Shop website has been under construction since Noah took up his saw. You have to 'phone Swan and then remember to sit down before you ask the prices.   :o  :o

George Sitek does me just fine at http://www.gsitek-props.co.uk - Good price, good props, good service.

the problem with Gstitec props is that they are soft soldered, and just flat brass blades, if you look at the picture from his web site you will see how Matched they are(or not) and yes you get what you pay for, and metal prices have shot up over the years but his props have not , they have always been expensive but there is a lot of work in them.

Yes, Prop Shop's screws are very nice bits of work but when they double in price (although the manufacturing/technology stays the same) and it's former proprietor admits that price rises are the result of takeover, I know who's getting my vote (and cash).

Props shop props are cast in one piece, the blades are not made from made from flat sheet and soldered.

Here's my only prop shop prop.
