What size props?
« on: August 19, 2009, 09:46:27 am »

Hi all,

I have a fast patrol boat which measures 1500mm x 500mm and i am fitting two 1400 watt brushless motors running two M5 shafts, what would be a suitable propellor? I was thinking a two blade racing type prop or should i go for something like a three blade?

Thanks

Russ

Pall used a scale 4 blade fine pitch prop to efficiently use the high speed of his brushless motor in his Swordsman....
