war of the roses

today 23rd myself and john hughes took a trip up to balne moor for a little competition called the roses. this event consisted of two towing courses and one scale. the day started at 7.30 with a two hour drive to the venue which is in fabulous condition due to the help of one of the fairly new members Geoff great guy (he fed me a lovely beef and onion gravy batch last week  :} ) anyway the weather was good with just enough wind to make it interesting after all teams were done the result came through the west won

here are a few pics of the day hopefully Mr pollit will put some on too

  :-))  Don't forget Steve upstairs for thinking, down stairs for dancing. The reason you got the cup we he no silver glit left {-) {-)
