does anyone out there have drawings of the biber they could copy or would part with? I originally posted this in wants but thought maybe here would be better.

I take it that's a no then! seems bibers are as scarce on here as the rest of the web. :((
oh well a trip to gosport with camera and notepad seems to be in the frame.

built one myself, damned if i can find my plans, sorry. however there is on at the imperial war museum. take photos all day if you want.
or i could send you a disk. you are only up the road from me.

I forgot to mention. John Lambert does plans too. Always very good his drawings, well worth the price.

The Biber that is in the Imperial War Museum is in very good nick, and is in the section that is free to the public.

I knew my faith should not have wavered, amazing how frustration can affect one.
will have to save hard for john lamberts plans as times is hard, but life is long, hopefully.
thank you gents, of course any other info welcome.
thought of the gosport one cos that's the one made operational by salvage squad, unless of course it moved to IWM after they'd finished with it.

true, but it did surface cruise and dive, albeit without torps. scary thing to go to sea in. have a copy of the programme on dvd. shame they had to fit a frame with ballast presumably to compancate for the lack of torps.
i fully intend to see both over the coming months.
