Friend of mine has just returned from a boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads and sent me these wonderful photographs....

Hiya,
      there used to be a company in UK which produced a Broads yacht kit and I believe there web site was

      www.modelyachtdesign.co.uk/

but I'm not getting anything that site now.  They may have finished trading.

This brings back memories! Used to have a little bungalow at Potter Heigham (still like going back now and then).

KEMO is right they did do broads yachts http://web.archive.org/web/20040605061725/www.modelyachtdesign.co.uk/river+lady.htm

May not be of help but BECC do a flag for Herbert Woods, one of the biggest day trip companies on the broads (used to be literally over the river from us!)

I remember seeing one of those yachts, looked very nice.

I wonder what's happened to the moulds etc..........
