Are you referring to The Model Dockyard?

If so the links on thier site, including the phone number worked last for me fine about a week ago.

Check here:

I have phoned them in the past. Much easier sometimes. It depends on the nature of your enquiry.

A thought come to mind

Tractortug, where are you in the world.
I seem to recall there may have been a company call the Model Dock, as well as the UKs Model Dockyard.
It may have been Stateside.
