Makes mobility scooters look petite, just imagine these on our pavements, bad enough with illegal e-scooters. Seriously they look too fast to use on pavements and not legal to use on the road.

A lady I knew was at her wits end with her father who drove a mobility chair.  He was a total menace on the pavements and so bad he had been warned by the Police.  That was some years ago now. 
But When I go shopping now there are very large people in more modern versions zooming round the  supermarket aisles!

Bruce well known for his rants on you Tube, keeps on coming up witrh so called government  restrictions on flying all round the world, generally just showing off his ignorance of other countries rules. To understand a bit about him his club was shut down by NZ authorities for a while due to unsafe flying and he lost his membership of the national flying association due to the constant trouble he caused them. He was eventually reinstated and his club allowed to fly again but he was still creating problems in NZ.

It was discussed in RC Groups and RC Universe at the time and NZ modellers were not happy with him. The common comment made was that he deserved all he got and should stay quiet. Having seen some of his later rants as Xjet about the UK flying rules he was talking a lot of rubbish and had no understanding of the situation.

As she is still in the process of being built I suspect they might be garbage chutes.  These would line up with garbage receptacles on the quayside, which could be changed out when full, while allowing a continuous flow of garbage from the ship's outfitters, who would not be required to leave the ship to dump their rubbish.
