Testing uploading photos - bulk carrier
« on: October 03, 2018, 04:34:29 pm »

Hi,
hopefully there should be some photos of my present project included in this post..

It is a geared bulk carrier in 1:100, based on original drawings.  The hull I obtained from Deans Marine but with major modifications. She is 175 cm long and 32 cm wide. When loaded down to the water line she has a deplacement of some 40 kilos, of which 22 kilo is water. There are two ballast pumps for pumping water in/out. Various items from the component Shop have been used in order to facilitate the electronics installation.

At present I have started work on the four cranes of which one initially will be fully functional. Also the cargo hatches will be RC operated.
