My Robbe Type XX1 U-boat
« on: April 08, 2006, 12:33:54 pm »

I built this model, just after it had been realeased and I have left it as a standard dynamic diving model.

On to bigger thigs now like battleships and Carriers. Here are some photos of the boat, before completion and actually sailing.

I would like to have your opinion on the buiding of the kit and also the subs diving performance as I have this kit is on my short list for my next winter project. An American website post on this kit said a lot of filling was required on the hull, did you find this?Any other comments would be very welcome.
