Has anyone built this monitor M-15 Plan MM1503 ? I fancy haveng a go when i`ve finished my Perkasa.  Pete

M-15 featured over several issues of model boats magazine a few years ago, and was built by Paul Freshney.

I am sure you could get back issues of the magazine as this gave a blow by blow account of building the model, i will have a look to see what issues and what year it was featured so you could get copies  from somewhere.
