Wish I could get £900 for mine. Thought it might be something special but its only 1:72 scale which presumably means its a Revell or Matchbox kit. Nothing wrong with that , but at that price I'd want to ride in it. ::)

The guy obviously hasn't got a clue and rather than find out a bit about it first he's stuck it on at a ridiculous price.  Maybe he thinks it's in with a chance!!

He doesn't even justify it with a decent picture so I really think he is just a bit of a misguided chancer.

Wouldn't we look daft though if someone bid for it!!

I watched a JJC 'Old Smokey' go the other day for £56.00 and that was the Mark I version.  A brand new Mark II from JJC only costs £48.50 so where is the sense in that!!!!

Hi,

I was a little curious about he price and asked the seller if this was a misprint and there was one to many zero's.

His reply was the price is correct.

What more can anyone say that has not been said before.

I've asked him the same question, and got the same answer. He also asked me if I thought it was too expensive.
Told him £40 - £140 was realistic

I bet that made his day! No doubt we'll see it on the Antiques Road Show soon.  ;)

You have to smile at the guy.  He freely admits to being given the model, talk about greed.

I notice he has not posted anyones questions regarding the value!!

Thats very understandable Richard as you would have had to buy parts twice to replace the ones you broke.... :D :D
