Zip plane blade

Hi Guys,
I was given this zip plane,and its great.Now needs new blade,tried using shaving blades,wore out in seconds.
Anyone know where i can get replacement blades

Hi,
Ive used these planes for a long time ,haven't been able to get blades for years.What i do is grind down Stanley blades.Hold the blade with vice grips and don't let the blade heat up too much as it will lose its hardness

Cheers for the advice,will make a David blade fit first,got them as well.
Then try stanley route

I was just about to say try a david plane blade , they look simular .
If they fit then the blades are easy to come by.
Or throw it in the bottom of the drawer and buy a david plane
.
