Being a rank amateur I have only built 2 boats, and I would have to say they are both my favourites.

Plaudit (scratch built/clinker hull)
Lady Lou (Freehand scratchbuilt)

I am hoping one day to get close to the quality of workmanship I see among the experienced builders, I have seen so much genuine craftsmanship since I have been a member here.

Just a noob here but have one scratch built pusher, and a parat.
both very different, first twin steer korts, second as you know twin voith.
We have two Parats and about four pushers in the club but the TID tugs seem the most popular.
Just two steam driven tugs. (pity)

I think that Metcalf Mouldings new tug, the MT Avenger/Hibernia looks good but I see that the price in the latest Model Boats magazine is £350 + VAT.  In previous issues it has been shown as £350 + £10 p&p.  Wonder if the VAT is a mistake.  :(( {:-{

Sorry, chaps.  My mistake.  Avenger/Hibernia was shown as £350 + VAT in the February MMI but has always been shown as £350 + £10 p&p in Model Boats.  >>:-(

Hey Mcat,
 That River star, dont know what it is but that vessel is on my wish list. It looks like a good boat to "detail" up.
