Not far at all, I'm on hand all day to help move things around and do odd jobs, plus there's a trolley too.

If you need me... well... I stand out a bit {-) %)

Hi all

I'm now planning to be at Wicksteed.   If I can get a pitch I'll bring my old caravan over.  Which nights do I need to book - Friday and Saturday?   When is the BBQ?  I'll bring my own food and throwaway BBQ as I'm vegetarian.

I hope to bring my Colin Archer if I can get the rigging and trials done in time.   Hold up ATM is finding the best way to do the red circle and black number on the mainsail.  I'm going to do some experiments with laser printer heat transfer paper as I don't think I can do it neatly freehand.   I'll also have the Karoline and steam launch Lady Constance.

BTW Phil, I want to finally actually buy a polo shirt (XL) so will bring some money with me.

Cheers

Guy

No problem with the shirt Guy,
I'm booked in from the Friday night through to the Monday, we have the lakeside BBQ on the Sat night, and the lovely Mrs Mayhem always produce's some fine curry's / chilli's as well.We also have a night sail-------hummm straight running in the dark (it can only help--maybe fit a bell)
Then back to the camp site site to chat about--well boats  :-)) (and how hot the day has been  {-) {-))

Oh and don't forget to say you are there for the Mayhem boating weekend when booking the camping (or they won't let you in)

Thanks Phil I'll give the park a call today.   I'll book Fri, Sat, Sun nights.    Not sure if I can rig lights on any of the boats in time but we'll see.   WRT straight running - how about using a laser beam to point the boat?

Mrs Mayhem's curries sound great for non-veggies.    I'll try to bring a veggie version so I can join in!

Cheers

Don't worry about the PA bit Andy. I will be there from Friday eve till Sunday afternoon & I will be happy to do it.
Danny is right My new boat will be on show ONLY this year. The lake is just to small. However if we get the use of the big lake out the back then we could give it ago.  Got my Thames boat nearly done now so it will be there and Oscar springer, Gas Springer + my Nomra boat.
Oh yes If you look in Model boat mag last month and again this month you can see some brill pics of my new NOMRA (soon to changed name) boat.
All ready posed what i'm taking there.

I'm been trying for hours to produce a Frequency / schedule chart in Excel but I can format it so it will print out
structurally on A3 landscape but every permutation I've tried comes out too small to write in the boxes.

I would like the Frequencies across the top and time slots underneath....

.... help?

Martin

Why not set it up to print each time slot as a single page then stick them up for people to fill in, I did that for last year but they were not needed

Thanks Phil, I need to get a few replacements myself.

Camper shouldn't need a parking voucher because you will have a camping booking reference.

(Traders will have a different voucher.)
