A big well done to all involved in organising the event, even though I didn't have a stand there for more than obvious reasons it made me feel at home!

The venue is just something that sticks in my mind, I have been used to being there for more than say 15 years or so!

Can't do without it! I am glad it's back, I visited today between flights, then got summoned to go and work, it's a job I actually like though! Big Bri, and all my Glasgow mates, take care and I hope to see you sooner rather than later, lets see how long it takes before you all get your passwords changed or banned from MWUK?

Sorry to detract but, it does seem to say something about what is real and what isn't? Doesn't it?

One more picture that perhaps says so much about the venue .  The real thing and the models side by side.

Many thanks to all involved in the show and David Wooley and all the judges for all the hard work and time involved doing a very difficult job in judging the models in the David Owen competition.

An excellent weekend.

Thanks.

As the club treasurer and badge maker!!! I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to all those visitors who gladly parted with a 50p deposit for the lapel badges and an even bigger thanks to those of you who declined to take the deposit back, especially the Runcorn Club who handed theirs back en masse and refused to take the deposit back.  The badges cost our club just over £100 plus what it cost me in card, ink and time to make them. I would also like to add my thanks and appreciation to my fellow club members who worked so hard in both setting up and taking down all the tables, I guess from all the forgoing posts it was worth it as most people enjoyed the show.  Thanks to the Museum staff also who gave us great support.  Hope to see you all next year.
