CampSites/and Boating Lakes
« on: February 10, 2010, 08:29:06 pm »

Hy Guys.
The wife and I were chatting about places we could take our small camper van this summer, does any one know of camp sites around the UK that have a type of boating lake facility that we could spend just a day or two at a a time. The boats would be electric scale and not IC, any help would be great.
Thanks in advance

Hi Bosun, the Yeovil Model Warship Association lake is at the back of the Halfway House Inn & Country Lodge and there is a small camp site. It is between Yeovil and Ilchester, Somerset on the A37. The club is on site Thursday, pm & Sunday, am..... ok2.....Smudge
