I get parts of this company from time to time, recently I have placed two orders very fast shipping but they email you to say it has left them and when it will be there , then on the day at 8am you get a window for delivery of 1 hour 1st package was 10 min in to the hour and the second one was 20 min in to the hour slot, the postage was under £5 on both packages standard first class service for Machine tools, so not light weight. so why cannot all company's do this sort of service.
