Boating water around Ipswich - any suggestions
« on: February 13, 2010, 09:00:03 pm »

Hi Guys,

I have to take my son to Ipswich for an interview in a couple of weeks and will have to hang around for a couple of hours until he's finished. Is there anywhere I could sail a boat whilst I wait?

The Mayhem map has no entries for the immediate area.

Ta for any advice

Hi Doug,

There's a raised boat pond in Woodbridge about 30Mx15M which I think is the nearest. I'm going down there on Monday and can check the water if you wish. Otherwise, I think the nearest big water is Needham Market.

Tony

That would be very kind of you. Woodbridge is the right side of Ipswich for me.
