I seem to think that the Norwegian Skjold class MTB is amongst, if not the fastest, with 60 knots..... 8).......Smudge

I heard the USS Enterprise, NCC 1701 - E is the fastest off it  :-))

I actually did a "crosspoll" on that ship back in the mid 80's, I can tell everyone, at "flank speed" she did well over 30 KTS.
