If it is the plug and play model there is no adjustment
Whichever way you push the throttle stick the first time
will be Ahead

The ordinary viper 15 has adjustable reverse and also disable

Hope this helps

Disconnect the motor from the ESC...

Turn on the Tx with the stick 'mid' position, IE: all stop...

Turn on the RX and hold the button down until the light on it comes on (about 3 sec's i think)..

Push the throttle forward and hold for three seconds, return the stick to neutral...

Pull the stick back and hold for three seconds... then return to neutral..

That should set up the ESC...

Idiot question number one, is your motor plugged into the right socket on the receiver ?
Idiot question number two, is it plugged in the right way round.

I have had similar problems, but reverse and no forward.   Solution : return to manufacturer with explanation.   They are good, will either fix it or supply a new one, normally free of charge.   Pete M.   PS no connection with the company.
