Hello all

I am building a scale hovercraft at teh moment and i am trying to figure out how to make some water containers they are opaque and an odd shape any tips the picture i have is too big for the site see link its the two slightly clear ones i am stuck on  http://www.flickr.com/photos/19759955@N07/4370320119/

I guess you mean the grey box aft of the blue cylinder?

Why not make a box from plastic card and paint the different shades to mark the waterline  :-))

Failing that if you want a moving waterline, use clear acrylic very lightly sanded to create the desired amount of obscurity. Build box putting water inside before sealing the top

nice ideas but the sides of the boxes are curved i wouldnot be able to bend the plasticard easily i was however in my local hobby caft today and i saw some small clear boxes that may do the trick
