Very nice. I'm always amazed at the ideas people have for making things from unexpected materials.

Excellent workmanship!
Are they made just using files etc?

Hello Martin, I used to shape them with Dremel hand tool (New one) I have also Black&Decker hand rotary tool. I just mark over the jigsaw blade with marker. After
I used small cutting disk and I cut the desired shape. I try to not heat the steel and I
dipped in the water several time. After that I used several small grinding stone on the
rotary tool and shaped more. After basic shaping I used small diamond hand files for
smooth the surface then used several metal sand papers. Also I used some brass  and
mahogany for hand part. Lots off sanding and polishing after just put some clear varnish
for the handle. I  was try to make like real ones there are some pic I observe.Next one
maybe Japanese Katana. Regards
