went to falmouth argus is back moored  up in the dock  also a strange looking ship called STRONGBOW  had a strange looking funnel ?? with looked like a radar dome and 2 anchors at the bow could not see the stearn blunt at both ends

Think she was the trials barge for the type 45 destroyers radar ete.

If the barge is the LONGBOW Capt Jack is correct she was used to test the Samson Radar and Astor 15 
and 30 Missiles - she was working off the south mediteranean coast of France wor several months and I believe
they fired several missiles very successfully from Longbow
