I've posted elsewhere wrt the Inland Waterways National festival at Beale Park and willl post a proper event notice in due course. however I need to pick the collective brain of the forum please.
I'd like to include the opportunity for people (probably mailnly youngsters) to try their hand at operating a boat. I had hoped that this might be something MTMBC would be able to help with but after a conversation with Ian Hughes it seems that they don't have suitable boats.
Does anyone know a club which would be interested in running this bit of the event? Alternatively i have seen coommercial operators with this type of set up somewhere but I can't think where. Any pointers or offers would be very welcome.
